Built in Cairo, for how business is done here.
AetherHive is the work of its founder, Shady Sherif.
In Egypt a business lives in its chats. The customer asks on WhatsApp, the friend recommends on Instagram, the complaint arrives on Messenger at eleven at night. Whoever answers first, clearly, and in the customer's own words usually gets the booking. Most owners were answering all of it themselves, from their phone, between everything else.
The premise
Shady started AetherHive with one question: what if a business could hire a whole team of AI employees that already knew how it works? A receptionist that answers the phone and the chats, a sales rep that follows up every lead, someone chasing the invoices, someone handling complaints, someone running the campaigns, and an analyst writing the morning brief. Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. Staff, briefed from one setup, who know exactly when to stop and ask.
What it stands for
They answer from your facts, never from guesses, and say so when they do not know. They never pretend to be human. Anything that costs money or cannot be undone waits for your yes. And they speak the way your customers do: English or Egyptian Arabic, on calls and in chats.
Who it is for
Clinics, salons, studios, agencies, shops. Any business where the owner is the one holding the phone. Agencies can run it for their own clients under their own name.
